What is my website URL?

Your website url will be https://firstnamelastname.nutritionfactors.com

Example: https://JohnSmith.nutritionfactors.com

How do I link the website template I choose to my assigned URL?

Since we use the Nutrition Factors server to host your website, you must contact us at [email protected] once you have decided on the website template you chose. We will then connect your website to your URL.

Can I accept payments through my online portal?

Yes! Go into your Settings >> Integrations >> connect Quickbooks OR Stripe

How long will I have the free portal/website?

The free version of your portal/website is only for those alumni who are working on completing their 50 coaching sessions for the NBHWC exam application. After you pass your NBHWC exam, you will be invited to pay for your portal. The price of membership for Nutrition Factors is $99/month. Find more out here

Can I meet with clients in this portal?

Your portal does not offer telehealth services. However, you can integrate Zoom into your portal and set an automation to automatically send your client the Zoom link when they schedule a session.
